Cherry Creek

Home to the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and the Denver Country Club, this neighborhood is defined as the area between East 1st Avenue and East 8th Avenue, and Downing Street and Steele Street. Cherry Creek is an affluent neighborhood and home to many of Denver's wealthiest families.

Country Club

Bounded by University Boulevard, Downing, Cherry Creek, and 8th Avenue, this neighborhood is, not surprisingly, home to the Denver Country Club. A small neighborhood of under 400 homes, Country Club is home to a smaller historic district from 1st to 3rd Avenues.

Belcaro

Occupied by the large gated community of Polo Grounds in the northernmost area of the neighborhood, this area is bounded by Colorado Boulevard, East Mississippi, South University and Cherry Creek. Belcaro may be most well-known for the Phipps Mansion, which was home to Senator Lawrence Phipps who represented Colorado from 1919 to 1931.
