Circle C

Located Southwest of Downtown Austin, Circle C is a relatively new settlement with most of the homes being built in the 1990's. A preplanned community, Circle C has most of the amenities one looks for when buying a new home including basketball courts, biking trails, parks, and pools. Houses in Circle C have been starting around $250,000 but due to recent demand the prices are rising.

Pflugerville

This town bordering Austin on the north was settled in the 19th century. A choice community for those who work at Dell, IBM, Motorola, Samsung and other corporations in Tech Ridge, Pflugerville has biking, hiking, baseball, soccer, and parks. An annual German Food festival celebrates the town's German heritage. The median price for a home in Pflugerville is $165,000.

Round Rock

This planned community 20 miles north of Downtown Austin, is home to the Round Rock Express and Dell Diamond. Dell is one of the corporations with headquarters in Round Rock. With a decent job market, many parks, and a lower cost of living than Austin, this suburban community has put their own spin on the "Keep Austin Weird" slogan with "Keep Round Rock Mildly Unusual." The median home price in Round Rock is $194,500.
